The key to living a happier, healthier life begins with YOU – stemming from your thought patterns, beliefs, and habits.
The problem is, we show up on this planet equipped with brains and bodies that no one ever gives us an instruction manual for.
When you don’t understand how your brain and body work, you’re at their mercy – you’re a passenger along for the ride that is your life.
Sure you might chime in with some suggested directions now and again, but ultimately you’re powerless to steer the vehicle where you want it to go.
If you understand how the vehicle (in this case – YOU) works, then suddenly, you have the power to grab the wheel and intentionally take yourself to your dream destination.
When I realized that following the directions society gives us for “success and happiness” wasn’t working for me, I knew I needed to get out of the passenger seat and become the driver in my own life story. I began reading and researching what science has to say about happiness and fulfillment, studying high performers and their habits, experimenting, and getting to a place of brutal but compassionate honesty with myself.
It hasn’t been a smooth ride, there’ve been plenty of detours, but through this process (which is still – and always will be – in progress), I’ve radically transformed my life, and I want to share what I’ve learned, and am continuing to learn with you, in hopes that it will make your life better too!
